On Sunday “The Who” the iconic British Rock band members took the stage for the Super Bowl 2010 halftime show in Miami, and delivered one of their medley classic rock hits.
The Who band members includes the singer Roger Daltrey, the guitarist Pete Townshend and the drummer Zak Starkey, come out on a circular stage in centre of Sun Life Stadium in Miami, and performed a nearly 12 minute set that included all or parts of five Who classics greatest hits: “Pinball Wizard”, “Baba O’Reilly”, “Who Are You?”, “See Me, Feel Me,” and “Won’t Get Fooled Again”.
For the hopeful fan out there that has offered denigration on the old time English band that originated in 1964, The Who’s halftime show shut many mouths on Sunday night as their Super Bowl performance dazzled spectators worldwide.
Greatest classic songs were played, and the spectators danced in joy as the game was ultimately heating up; The Who delivered in every way likely, and left them waving and bright and breezy as they had reached yet one more big stage.
