The 82nd Academy Awards winners will be announced on Sunday, 7 March 2010, but the predictions for the Oscars race are already heated up; telecast live on ABC at 8pm EST.
The Academy Awards production designer David Rockwell disclosed the set for the upcoming Oscar show; this marks the second successive year that Rockwell has planned the set for the Oscar telecast.
The Oscars 2010 prediction as follows: Kathryn Bigelow’s directed movie ‘The Hurt Locker’ has become the largely talk-about motion picture in Hollywood and it scored a remarkable nine nominations tied with James Cameron’s ‘Avatar’ in a combination of direction, writing, acting and technical sections.
It won the top prize from the Producer’s Guild of America often a good forerunner of what’s to come at the Oscars, and it prevailed at the narrowly watched British Academy Awards, even supposing many doubted that a small film about US soldiers in Iraq would appeal to that group of supporters.
There are two other films that could possibly win Academy Awards the biggest hit ‘Avatar’ or the alluring ‘Inglourious Basterds’.
In a short film nomination, the field is wide open because the nominated movies have received little media hype and the winner will be decided by those quite few Academy members who have watched all five nominees.
