The Massachusetts Secretary of State is dismissing reports of voter irregularities in the state’s Mass. Senate special election.

A spokesperson for Secretary of State William Galvin said, Tuesday two reports of spoiled ballots could not be confirmed or found to be widespread.

In another case, somebody voting in Cambridge claimed a ballot had already been marked for Republican Scott Brown; there was no way to confirm the claim, however, the ballot was destroyed.

In one more case, a person in Boston reported finding a ballot inside a privacy folder also noticeable for Brown; officials say it may have been left unintentionally by an earlier voter.

Aides to Democrat Martha Coakley, called a news conference to raise voter alertness of the concerns.

According to the latest Massachusetts Senate Race MA exit polls reports; Scott Brown should win the Massachusetts senate race against Martha Coakley; Brown’s victory can potentially put an end to President Barack Obama’s health care reform and considerably block the rest of his agenda.

If Coakley loses to Brown, then, it would surely be the biggest political upset I have seen in my career; sources in Washington reports that Democrats are hoping for a miracle win for Coakley but they are revitalizing for a big defeat.

However, journalists couldn’t get White House spokesperson Robert Gibbs to chat about the possible impact of the Massachusetts Senate race on President Obama’s agenda, above all health care.

“We’ll have a chance to discuss the outcome of the election after the outcome of the election”, Gibbs added; polls close in Massachusetts at 8 pm.

At the mean time, Gibbs did allow that Obama “is surprised and frustrated,” that the Massachusetts Senate race, to replace Ted Kennedy no less, is as close as it is;”Not pleased” , Gibbs reported; however, the race comes out, “the president will call the winner,” he said.
