Walmart Black Friday 2009

According to Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.; making a stronger promise to creating more smiles for moms and kids this Black Friday 2009, bringing back its $10 toys subdivision in all stores today and increasing its $10 holiday collection this year to more than 100 toys. The seller has included among its $10 prices and Rollbacks a strong collection of newly released toys, top brands and classic toys that buyer seek out each holiday season.

The $10 toys range is the first of several programs Walmart announced this holiday season to take 12 weeks of added savings in a year that has been increasingly tough on shopper wallets.

Moms are getting geared up and so is Walmart.com. According to Walmart shopper research, by the month of August 55 percent of shopper’s testimony having started plan for their holiday toy shopping, and 39 percent say they have in progress watching for deals. In reality, 70 percent of consumers report planning to start their holiday toy shopping before Black Friday, and 2 out of 10 will have ended by that time.

The $10 toys are not limited time offers but it last through the Christmas holiday. In adding up, Walmart’s price promise will match any local competitor’s market offer on the same toy product if it falls under $10.
